Stumbll’s Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

At Stumbll, we are committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all users, including teenagers aged 13–17. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

1. Age Eligibility and Minor Protection

Stumbll is intended for users aged 13 years and above. We implement reasonable safeguards to:

Discourage and detect any content involving sexual exploitation of minors

Promptly act upon reports involving underage safety or inappropriate contact

Prevent usage of the platform for any unlawful or exploitative activities targeting users under 18

We recommend that parents or guardians of users under 18 guide their child’s use of the app and encourage safe online behavior.

2. Content Moderation & Prohibited Behavior

We strictly prohibit the following under our Terms of Use:

Uploading, displaying, or sharing content that is pornographic, paedophilic, or sexually exploitative

Any communication or behavior that invades bodily privacy, is harassing, or targets minors inappropriately

Use of the app for grooming, solicitation, or establishing contact with the intent of exploitation

All user-generated content is moderated and may be hidden, removed, or reported if found to violate our CSAE policy. Repeat violations lead to permanent account bans and legal escalation.

3. Reporting Mechanism

Users can report:

Inappropriate media or behavior

Suspicious users or communication

Any content that may involve or affect a minor’s safety

Reports are reviewed by our moderation and trust & safety team. Urgent cases involving potential harm are escalated to law enforcement, in compliance with applicable Indian and international laws.

4. Compliance with Laws

Stumbll complies with:

Indian IT Act, 2000 & SPDI Rules

POCSO Act (India) on child protection

Intermediary Guidelines (2021)

Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

Relevant provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

We work proactively to identify and restrict harmful use and cooperate with law enforcement agencies when required.
